This is my first espresso machine. I make two to three cappuccinos a day. It's easy to use. The pump has plenty of pressure, and it heats up fast. I removed the rubber nozzle from the steam wand immediately. I learned to froth without fancy gadgets, and it's a skill you'll be proud of if you do it that way. Steam pressure seems good, and the espresso comes out in two golden heavy streams of froth, gradually condensing into a rich, dark liquid with good crema. I use Brazil Santos coffee, and it makes superb espresso. I have used it every day for three months with no problems so far. I got it on sale for $69.99, and I figure even if it only lasts a year, I got my money's worth of espresso. It's fairly easy to clean, and comes with everything you need to start making espresso right away. A few tips; do not grind the coffee too fine or tamp it too hard--this can make steam pop out of the gasket between the portafilter and the group. Grind and tamp require a little experimentation and practice, but it's not that hard. Also, as with any machine, don't store the portafilter on the group, or the gasket will compress and the seal will not be effective. So far, no negatives to report. I'll update this review if anything changes.

I don't know what happen. Or. Why they would change this product But I was hooked on buying this product. Worked great!! Went thru 2 bottles and this past week bought a new one. And it has been changed!!!!! Why!!!!!! So I returned it!! Smh. Leave something good alone!

Bought this to make a special all-star Buster Posey jersey. The patch itself is well crafted and is the exact one the players were wearing during the 2012 All-star game. A great patch!

Our company bought 2 of the QuickBooks Pro 3013-3 user. They were by far the most cost effective we found for QuickBooks. They arrived in 3 days and we installed the next day after backing up our older 2003 addition. We have computers that are Windows XP, 7 and 8!

Bought this thing locally when my upright vacuum broke down and had to be in the shop. I have a golden retriever with a typical coat -- long hair, sheds like crazy summer and winter, and I thought Roomba might get me through the repair period. I was wrong. Roomba 770 is virtually useless picking up the dog's hair on carpet, somewhat better on hard surfaces (wood or tile). It doesn't pick up the dog hair, it rearranges it. You can tell that it has been over an area because there are brush tracks on the carpet and all the hair is brushed so that it's going in the same direction. The receptacle is also way too small to keep up with the volume of hair, even if it did pick it up (shame on me for not noticing that). The thing also gets stuck every single day, usually under my couch. All that said, it does two things I like and that's why I keep it. It sweeps under the bed and, even if it doesn't get the dog hair, it sucks up some dirt every single use. But DON'T buy this to keep up with a long-haired dog!
