While this magazine seems like a good place for finding healthy recipes - it didn't help me with diabetic recipes. This was my fault - not an issue with the magazine contents. For those looking for healthy recipes - I think you would be happy with it.

Wow. I'm not an athlete, nor anything close to the cover of a Mens Health Magazine (sorry I like food and beer too much!), but I am now, is a believer in Moov Cardio Boxing. I don't run, can barely swim, don't have a bike, and at the moment cannot complete a full body weight workout, but I have advanced to the intermediate level of Cardio Boxing! This is like 'Guitar Hero meets Rocky' (not Rocky 5!).

I seemed to have found this when it was a bargain at 19.99. Usually it much higher. I went back later and it was 59.99. This is one of those gems you stumble upon at Amazon.

I bought Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 to replace a Norton product. For the last several months, my laptop has been running slower and slower, even though every tool I used to check the systems revealed nothing amiss. Yesterday I deleted the Norton program and installed Kaspersky, and the computer is running like a teenager again. Way to go, Kaspersky!
