I used this system and followed the directions perfectly. It did nothing for my teeth. The only benefit was I liked the tooth brush. Way too much money for a toothbrush!

It's a cap. I wish it was magnetic or easier to install. It is really tight fitting and has no anchor. I might try putting some oil on the o-ring to make it easier to put on and off.

I took one of these today. They absolutely do curve your appetite. I had a lot of energy and I did not feel shakey, queezy or sluggish. I only need to lose about 10 pounds, but even that is hard for me. I'm extremely active, but I eat a lot. I have this roll of fat that I want gone. I'm going to do this with a little help, thanks.
