The book is amazing, many useful apps described in that book, and special diets, and advices too. Recoomend this book to everybody. Very useful

Since I am using the products, I noticed it did the opposite effect, I am usually hungrier and my anxiety levels

I noticed my hair thinning out and I was not to happy about it. I realized it was breaking/splitting like I had just turned 90 overnight. I had already heard good things about Mane 'n Tail so I gave it a shot. About halfway through the bottle I noticed a significant change in the texture and thickness of my hair.

I bought these for my young teenage daughter after trying on frames at the eye dr. I guess Ray Bans are the "cool" (little do they know 😉😉) glasses, but I was hesitant to spend over $200 for the frames alone. I knew Ray Ban was making some products in China and figured I could find the same frames for a lot cheaper online. I figure she'll be wanting a different frame in another year or so. I paid $72 for these and they are well made and perfectly fine or a 15 year old (of 45 year old). I was also able to find the smaller size and the tortoise. The eye dr. only had the larger size, which didn't quite fit her face. Of course we didn't want to wait for the dr to order the smaller size. So, two days later, via amazon prime, we had the new frames.

The card games are great but the slots are no better than iTunes freebies. For slots, I would have to say nothing compares to IGT.

This might use their own mechanical contacts, but the result is still one of the best typing keyboards I've ever used. Oh, and you can control the LED on the emblem using the FN+F11 and FN+F12 keys. It's not in the manual.

I usually have normal intestinal movement once a day and do not experience any discomfort. I took this product in hope that it will increase my energy level eventually. I quit after day 1 because I started feeling that my stomach stopped working and all the food I ate stayed where it was. I could not go to restroom for another day. It was not a pleasant feeling. I had to eat some fruits like grapes and oranges to at least start some movements. Also, I had to consume extra laxatives to get out of the situation. And, my diet is OK, I do not eat fast food or processed food. I cook from scratch. On the day I started the product, I ate a lot of green salad and couple of eggs. I could not eat anymore since I was clogged up. I drank another 4 bottles of water in addition to the prescribed by the instructions. So, should have worked, but did not.
