I've been drinking Zija packets for about a week, and I probably will continue to order more as long as I can find a good deal. Zija isn't the miracle product that some of the reviewers want you to believe. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
The Yuen Method Fitness Bar is a new kind of thing for me, but it looked interesting to me, and I know Dr. Yuen is innovative and competent. The lack of instructions other than to just shake the bar, seems uncertain, but I have found that indeed, just shaking the bar for two or three minutes at a time several times a day, one needs variety and so just naturally starts shaking it in many different ways. And, I have come to realize it has indeed helped my neurophysiology in subtle ways, very worthwhile.
I got this treadmill because of the great reviews on Amazon. So far, I can say it's all right. Let's start with the bads:
Just as previous Jon Ronson books, this short Amazon single, is a terrific read that you wish could be longer.
this is an excellent product for surfers or hunters. I grab my board lock my key here and don't have to worry about hiding it or losing it in the water. if I am hunting I don't have to take my keys with me and potentially lose it.
I was told about this product by a computer tech and he was right, it's kept my computer clean as can be and caught everything thrown at it. They say no anti virus will catch everything but so far, this one has. I'm happy as can be and it's nice to be able to relax and use common sense when considering opening something from an unknown source. You can scan it first and KP will let you know. I plan to keep this program even though it's a tiny bit more expensive than some, it's less than taking your computer in for repairs to fix the damage viruses can do. So in that respect, it's a bargain.
Everyone knows this is the 'official' ball of volleyball. It's a great ball to play with, moves true through the air, and it's very 'spinable'. The color pattern is great for setters as well; it's easy to see which way the ball is spinning, and how fast. BUT this is a 'hard' ball, so while the hitters [like me] love it, the non hitters/back row players/women almost unanimously hate this ball, preferring a much softer one. In fact of all the nights/leagues I play in, only one league will use this one, all the others use a softer ball.
