Although these are slightly different than the ones I purchase from Target- the texture seem a little different, and they're on double-sided sheets versus the regular one patch per sheet- they still seem to work just as well, or maybe even better than the ones I've been purchasing.

I have been battling yeast overgrowth in my intestinal system for years and this has been the best remedy I have found yet. My overgrowth probably resulted from taking too many antibiotics to deal with bacterial overgrowth resulting from weight loss surgery. I find as long as I take at least two of these capsules at bedtime, the problem is more manageable. I have tried a lot of other candida products and this one seems the best.

I use it three times a day for veggies and fruit. I used the mill to grind spices and coffee. They worked very well. It takes less than a minute to grind spices or process the veggies.
