So I got this almost a month back. For about 20 days I used it in my bed under my legs. (now I use the queen half-bedsheet while sleeping)

The crossbars arrived quickly and were easy to install. The only drawback is that one side doesn't stay locked down and had to be taped. Otherwise they do what is expected.

Works as described, if it had a button to lock it so you don't accidentally hit the on button and water goes everywhere it would be perfect

I used Webroot for about three years and Kaspersky before that. I switched back to Kaspersky last spring after my computer became infected with a virus missed by Webroot. I have had nothing but problems ever since. Kaspersky did not seem to be able to resolve or even diagnose the conflicts with its firewall after months of contacting technical support and several cases. I'm still trying to work with them but until they can offer me a solution I switched two of my computers to Avast. Since then my computers boot normally, I have access to all my network drives, and have stopped receiving other error messages. The program installed easily and appears to be working.
