This is absolutely the best supplement for milk supply that I have ever found. The directions say to take 1 supplement 4x per day. After taking just one or two - period - I feel a difference. It is such a help whenever I feel my supply is dropping, since that tends to cause stress, which makes it harder to produce enough milk. Now I just take a deep breath and take a few of these over a couple of days and the supply comes right back. This product is worth every penny!
I bought a copy of this book last month, and had settled into the bridge of my Harborcraft 30 for some informative reading. But I noticed immediately that something was wrong. Whole sections of Chapter 1.1, "Steering Into the Wake" were smudged over, and in clumsy handwriting were scrawled the words, "U NO WURY, US HUJ SHIPS NO HURT."

I've only used it twice and I'm already excited about these results! I can definitely see the difference and I can't wait until day ten. The only problem I have is that I drool a lot when I'm using it lol. But I don't even care because the results are awesome!
i had this pain in my pinky toe for at least 2 years. yes i felt with it, i looked up questions on google and didn't see much. so i came here to look up what i think the pain could be, purchased this product and wow, its been a week and the pain is gone by 80%. amazing job this product has done.
In my experience, I think it is indeed a great product, you just have to know how to use it properly, that's why some people might say it doesn't work for them. It works for me! I've been using it for almost a month, I don't see the results yet, but I do feel changes in my appetite and diet. It's my fault for not having great results after a couple of weeks, because I did not follow a good diet either, I've been working a lot, and when my cravings hit, I just ate, so it didn't matter whether I used the appetite suppressant or not, after work I had a meal, which ruined everything. Anyways, I got a complimentary bottle, so this month, I am definitely going for a better results! I will have to follow both a good diet and do some exercise as well! Can't wait to see the results! :D I recommend it!
