I had purchased the original edition of this book several years ago but just never read it until recently. This book has a great deal of valuable information that will definitely help your joints. Going the standard medical route will allow your joints to continue to deteriorate and put you in line for joint replacement before it's over. Following the recommendations in this book will help actually rebuild the cartilage and give you your joints back. Another book I would highly recommend is 

I have extremely thick curly long hair and this iron does wonders for it!!! I can go from frizz ball to beautiful silky smooth curls in about 20 mins. I had a hard time getting the hang of it at first, in fact I've owned the iron for over a year before I did anything with it besides just straighten my hair. I watched the youtube videos over and over, but I finally made a facetime appt with one of the assistance and that's what finally helped me get it right everytime. The trick really is making sure you go slow and steady to get the curls that you want. I was going too fast for fear of burning my hair but once I slowed down they came out perfect and consistent. I recommend this iron 120%!!!! It is well worth the price!! Not only do you get a great flat iron, but you basically get your personal trainer on how to use it too. Customer service for tyme is A++. It is tricky to retrain yourself to use it the right way but once you do you wont ever go back to any other method. I love that I dont have to straighten my hair and then go back and try to curl it, I can just wash, dry and then curl it. It smooths all the frizz out as Im curling it.

Amazon used to sell the MSG version in a 2-pack 36 ounce each, but no more. They should at least sell the non-MSG in the same size. I was running low on the MSG version, but Amazon doesn't sell it no more. I have a half of a plastic bottle left (about 18oz)and will use it sparingly. I thought the 2 pack would last but no. I should of bought extra while it was available. I like to sprinkle this on steaks before they go on the grill. I have tried other steak seasonings, but none has tasted better than this.

A lot of their advertising focuses on the "easy import to Quicken". I've found, just after 24 hours, you have to do several workarounds to get things to import into Quicken and even then, many transactions don't actually get into the register. The transactions that do get entered do not have the digital copy of the receipt attached as advertised. I feel really duped with this product in that regard. Otherwise, it seems to be a great scanner, especially for OCR functionality, but soooo not worth the money in the long run.
