The rental property manager really adds nothing, with the exception of some confusion, to quicken's personal finance software. There is no intelligence to the rental setup. For example, setting up lease information does not create rent reminders, does not cause rent received to be booked to the correct category, and does not terminate any rent reminders at the end of the lease. Reporting is difficult to impossible. It handles virtually nothing with asset tracking--purchases/sales. Really no value here.

This is a really good quality piece of equipment. I use the expensive Precor at the gym that costs $7,000 plus and the Sole E35 is just as good. I don't like the settings and wish the water bottle holder was deeper for a high bottle, but for burning calories and ease of putting it together, it's superb.

This dog house is cheap and flimsy. It is not worth the money. Our dog had it chewed up in less than a day. He actually shredded it and therefore we were unable to return it. Spend a little more and get a better quality plastic.
