My approach to Step 1 is to focus on practice questions and minimize the number of resources. Too many books will use up valuable time and cause frustration since you will not be able to get through every review book. Purchase all the necessary resources prior to your dedicated study time. Save the Uworld questions for your dedicated study time. If you want to do practice questions during second year, use another Qbank like USMLE Rx. Also, don't add class notes into First Aid. Much of what you learn is clinical and not relevant for Step 1. Next, figure out how much time you'll need to study. I recommend 5 weeks - shorter and you may feel rushed, longer and you will burn out. This will also leave you vacation time after the exam to relax before third year. Make a schedule and attempt to follow it. Get through First Aid three times and complete all of USMLE world and you will be set.

I rarely take time to write reviews. But leaving 4 stars doesn't really tell the tale. Love hate relationship with the company, not the product. I am a firm believer in Dr's Wallach and Glidden and their approach to healing. Huge fan of supplements and while I have yet to feel any results from this product; I have no doubt that if it contains the laundry list of vitamins and minerals it should be helpful to anyone. My beef is simple. Is great nutrition and health for the wealthy? I weigh 250 lbs. I am 5'10 inches tall, so I suffer from all the ailments of someone who is malnourished. This product could be a savior...however I may never know that. Based on the 58 dollar price (not the one I paid on Amazon -- $61.50) this product cost me 5.15 a day. 156.64 a month and $1879.75 a year. Most people don't know how much they earn or spend and are terrible at budgeting. Even I who failed 9th grade math can tell you...that's a lot for a supplement. I have a wife and 5 children. I want them to have the benefits of this product. given their weights it would be an additional $3759.50 a year. That would be $5639.25 a year to give my me and my family the nutrition which These doctors and this company are prescribing. And that's based on only taking it once a day; the container says take 1 to two times daily! Tell me what tax bracket do I need to be in for good health? If these people really cared about making people healthy maybe they ought to scrap the fancy packaging and lower the price! If not guess what; me and my family can't afford your company. so we may never know how many stars to rate this product or any of your other products. Hippocratical...oh that's only for "REAL?" doctors.

I adored this hero. While most books in this genre tend to have an "insta-love" feel to them, I was quite pleased with this execution. The hero and heroine did know they were destined to be mates upon meeting, but they still spent the time to actually get to know one another, and develop the relationship. Such a nice change of pace!!! The hero was incredibly patient and kind hearted throughout. The story was fast paced and had a great balance of suspense and romance. I also appreciate it being offered as a kindleunlimited. I'll definitely be checking out the next book in this series.

I've been using this for my lawn and I have to say it works wonders. I purchased a house with a shared front lawn which looked quite frail and green-yellowish colored. I applied this product and about a month later my neighbor asked if I was putting steroids into my lawn. My half of the lawn looked absolutely beautiful compared to his side of the lawn. The best thing about this product is that it's dummy proof. You WILL NOT burn your grass if you put more than the recommended amount since it's organic. I recently tried buying this product again at Home Depot and they were not in stock. I then tried Scott's Iron and Fertilizer mix and I ended up burning my grass. I followed the exact instructions but my drop spreader continues to drop granules even though I closed off the switch when I have to turn. This created small patches of more product at those locations where I stopped which in turn burned my grass. A lot of fertilizers are synthetic so it's very easy to burn your grass if you make a mistake or use too much at once. Milorganite is very safe, will not burn your grass since it's organic and will make your grass look green and healthy. I highly recommend this product but buy it from your local hardware store or Home Center. I bought a 36 lb bag for $12 at Home Depot in New York.

I feel so good driving with my kids in car seat as safe as this. even though yes this car seat is incredibly heavy and difficult at first to install, the extra effort is more than worth it. I now have two for my two children under 3 and I should be able to fit a third one across if ever necessary because they're not too wide. Overall very happy with this car seat and I think the fact that I bought a second for my second child shows how much I love it and trust it.

When one of your interview questions is "are you offended by a fart?" coming directly from the Dr. himself (true story), you know immediately you've just made a mistake by answering no, without thinking this through.

I don’t overclock, so this cooler is probably overkill for me. However, after the stock cooler I had died, I needed something to replace it with. This works great. It allowed me to turn my computer on and lowered the temperatures I was seeing with the stock (around 50° C idle) by about 10° C. In game it was more noticeable, sometimes keeping the processer almost 20°. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who just wants to replace their stock cooler with something more robust.
