Book is interesting at first text on city corruption. However, at the end it turned into a love story without resolution for anything else.

Be sure to use a water based gel or water on the gray/gold conductor pads, or youll be in for a shock. I mean like, dont even turn it ON without gel on the pads. I read the directions and turned it on just to feel it in my hands, and immediately dropped it and turned it back off after the tiny shock went through my hands. I didnt touch it for another 2 weeks, lol. After getting some gel and placing the belt around my core, on the same setting, you almost cant feel it, just a little vibration. The water makes the difference. I havent started a regimen yet, so I was hesitant in posting a review. I have however used it for one week (3 days for a session of 30 minutes) The first two days I used it on the lower settings ( I may have went up to 3) after a day of rest, I felt a little soreness, nothing unreasonable, a little less than most regular core workouts. On the third day I turned the setting up to 6, and I did leg raises with the belt on. From now on this is how I will continue to use the belt (on at least 5 or 6 and while doing planks & leg raises to maximize my workout). Make sure to wipe the belt off after use (the gel/water mixed with your sweat/oils will leave a residue). And if I can I will leave follow-up results in a month or so!

Purchased this to read the article on great summer trips. I was disappointed with their selections.

I purchased this from one of the bigbox stores last year, work great up until the dome cracked. I used this oven daily. Sometimes 2-3 times a day. I'm gonna have to say I have owned this oven for about 8 months. I don't think they sell the old domes anymore. I see lots of people are complaining about the domes cracking. Its been replaced with a sturdier more reliable yellow dome. Bit the bullet and replaced it with the new Yellow dome. Only time will tell how long this one last.
