I purchased this book primarily because it was edited by Dave Eggers, a favorite author, and I wasn't disappointed. Fascinating mish-mash of different subjects very well written.

I received this chair as a gift (bought through Amazon) and it is one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. I use it 5 times a week and enjoy the ease of use, sturdiness, great construction and foldup storage. I was not previously doing any exercising and this has restarted my efforts. After 8 weeks, I can see myself continuing and not stopping. My doctor just diagnosed degenerative spinal discs due to arthritis and these exercises have taken away 95% of the pain!
