If you purchase this product on Amazon you are supporting a distributor with no integrity (i.e. a pirate) OR someone who is not authorized to sell Shaklee products.

I bought a size 42, as all my shoes that fit really well are 42 or US 8 1/2. These arrived and I cannot wear them. They are far too short and are labeled "US 8.3", which I have never seen before. I guess that extra .2 makes all the difference. I'll be returning them - apparently at my own cost. Lesson learned. Go to your local bike shop, try them on and support your own community.

I love this book and the other books in the series. The kindle version for the other books in this series is very good and works like regular kindle book. This book does not have a table of contents and is not formatted well for a kindle. It acts more like a pdf. I recommend buying a paper copy of this one and then the rest of the series you can buy the kindle version.
