I rarely write reviews but this cook book is AWESOME!!! Each recipe is labeled by type (vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, freezer friendly, dairy free, slow cooker, pressure cooker, etc.) and also has the serving size (i. e. 1 cup, 1.5 cups, etc) and complete nutritional information. There are large color photos for most recipes plus extras like weekly meal plans and meal prep and planning tips. The ONLY thing I didn't like was there is no central recipe listing. But there is a complete list of recipes at the front of each section (which also shows the recipe types as noted above) - just a minor difference from the way cook books are usually organized. I can definitely adjust to that. I will be using this a TON this winter for soups and stews!!!

I have been using this off and on since October after reading about it in an ad in a magazine. It really does work but when you think about it each 8T serving with water is only 180 cal, that's 540 cal per day if you substitute all 3 meals as recommended. Naturally you're going to lose weight. You would lose on any meal plan if that is all you ate. Your "snacks" are very low cal like veggie broth (5 cal/serving). The big draw is the amount of protein that is in the shake. It does help in keeping you satisfied for about 3 hours (in my case). The powder supposedly resets your metabolism, so that's a plus as well.

I am offended that these don't have a country named after them. It could be called "If you buy these your butt won't be disappointed"

This is a great product against the biological factors that invade a woman's body. Keep our ph balanced helps fight various unwanted women's help issues.

This is an update on my review; It's now Tuesday from Saturday i've noticed remarkable improvement in my pain due to fibroids, not only that but I haven't had a headache to speak of and I usually cannot get through two days without headache. I am pretty healthy all my labs have been great! This is just the best I've felt in weeks!!! will keep you posted:)

What a great product! I really doesn't elongate the curls. It has a lovely fragrance and it's not greasy. My daughter's hair looks amazing, shiny and soft.
