Despite taking medication that makes me gain weight, over two weeks I still LOST five pounds. I changed nothing in my activity level and changed nothing in my diet -- only added these pills three times a day one half hour before meals. I did find that it helped curb my cravings and my appetite levels, especially in the mornings.

Great arch support, super comfortable. Lite weight. Good ventilation to toes too. Colors are too loud for my taste. But there are a few pair with toned down colors.

It's feels great to have this everytime I join marathons. guess I'm just a natural low-cut shoe user. no sore ankles after a day of non-stop practice.
