I bought a Cutco Homemaker set 5 years ago and replaced my set of Wusthoff Trident with them- I got few extra items as bonus. While I am not an expert in metallurgy or knife engineering as other reviewers, as far as my personal experience goes, I could not be happier with this purchase. They look as good as when I bought them and perform just as well- the handles are very comfortable and never had problems with slipping- the blades remain very sharp and I love dicing with these knives. I have also owned Henckels and I still like the Cutco's better. Regarding their price, while certainly not cheap, the other brands mentioned in other comments are as or much more expensive and as for the mark up- does the average consumer know how much is the mark up for any of the other brands of knives? (take into account that at least the manufacturer and the retailer make a profit on the standard sales model, while a vector (i.e. the sales rep) in the case of Cutco, is paid directly from each purchase with little overhead for the company. Over the years I have bought additional pieces and have not been disappointed. So if you are considering buying Cutco knives, I say - go ahead and enjoy them (as a bonus, I love to know that I am supporting american workers and industry too!)

My daughter loved this backpack. Just as described...shipped in a timely manner. Very happy with our overall experience. Would definitley recommend to others.

The book is a good read for the beach. I thought the use of "Richie Fels" as the name of a celebrated criminal defense attorney who in the main turned on his friend (Street) was a bit crass since there was such a person in Knoxville (Bob Ritchie) who was indeed a celebrated criminal defense lawyer. The name of his firm was Ritchie, Fels and Dillard. Mr. Ritchie died a few tears ago. The scenes indicating beatings by guards of inmates at the Blount and Knox county jails are are somewhat far fetched.

I ran a risk purchasing this for my newer iMac. It came with instructions, disk, and registration code... none of which I needed. You are better off downloading online, as it makes you download it anyway. The disc and paying from amazon was pointless. Does not work and have to pay to download.

Look, it tastes bad but you get used to it, and the benefit I get from it is nothing short of amazing! The only downside is the cost being a bit high. I've been without now for a few weeks due to saving every penny to buy a house and I can feel the difference of not having it, luckily my sis-in-law sells the stuff so I can go get my fix from her a bit discounted..
