When I attached this to my BOB, my first thought was "is this going to hold my 9lb carseat and baby!?" and yes, yes it does! This attachment is great, it's sturdy and locks my keyfit right into place, and I never worry about it falling off because I have to unlock it to get it out of place, like I do when I remove it from it's base.

Just like the ones you get when you order checks from the bank. Works good for me since I always balance my checkbook with any purchase but hardly write paper checks anymore so I go thru the registers pretty quick compared to ordering checks. Good purchase.

I had my doubts when I bought this hitch for my Polaris Sportsman, 550, 2012. When it came I thought there would be a lot of unbolting, and bolting, but this hitch attaches quickly and easily with 3 bolts needing only a 3/4 in ratchet and wrench. No Dis-assembly required of your machine. The hitch is solid and well constructed. The shape of this mouse is a mix between the Sensei and the Deathadder. Actually more lightweight than the ergo edition (I have it)

I enjoyed looking at the DVD's. They contain a lot of good information. In my case, I as scheduled to go to physical rehab. so I have not tried his exercises. Was good in helping me understand my back problem.
