My youngest daughter has naturally curly hair and when it was long, the weight of her hair would remove the curls as it dried. She recently cut her hair to shoulder length and could not stand using a flat iron so myself or my oldest daughter had to straighten her hair for her which was horrible when we were pressed for time to get ready. From the first time my daughter used the Apalus Brush Hair Straightener she loved it. It is so easy to use, no skill or technique involved, just brush your hair like normal and it heats up in only 1 minute.This straightener has been a life saver for use especially on Sunday mornings and when we have to leave early for school.

Update// After applying this product every other night for three month, I decided to reduce my rating to 3 stars! It definitely keeps my skin fresh, but has no effect on reducing dark spots. I have shallow spots which usually fade away during winter time, and totally disappear if I use a peeling cream, as I used to apply Clinique cream. But this brand is not effective on dark spots at all! Just a daily freshness to better absorb daily creams.

Got my 3.6 in Nov 2015, since then we've been through flood weather, snow, up the hills, off the road and I have been loving every bit of it. Get about 23 mpg for the v6 engine size, and feel the power under the hood when I need it. My only suggestion is if you get a sunroof, get the deflector. I've had sunroofs on all my cars, and this one is the noisiest.

As soon as I opened the box, it seemed like Razor put some effort into making this keyboard feel premium. Having not owned a mechanical keyboard since the late 90's, this felt very heavy, but solid. The keys all press down with a solid, sharp click, and the caps remove easily for cleaning if you so desire. I'm not a huge fan of the Synapse driver having to sign in every time the computer starts up, but it isn't the end of the world. If you want to do some neat tricks with the backlighting, the Synapse driver does have several options that are pretty flashy. Personally, I think the solid green just looks the best. I haven't messed with the macros or special functions, but as a daily driver keyboard, the price and quality are top notch.

I was disappointed with this book. While it stresses the importance of eating enough protein to balance with carbohydrates, the authors seem to treat all carbohydrates the same, without emphasizing the difference between starchy and non-starchy carbs. The authors are apparentlly unwilling to break from the low-fat paradigm that has dominated diet books for the past 30 years. They recommend questionable foods that I will personally never eat again, such as frozen microwavable dinners, white bread, non-fat "cheese" and margarine. I think a much better book on Insulin Resistance is Syndrome X by Jack Challem, et al. I have also just purchased The No-Grain Diet by Dr. Joseph Mercola, which looks at first glance to be an excellent book, and deals with many of the same issues. I'm convinced, by my own experience, that a diet with too many grains, and especially flour can lead to insuin resistance, so I was dismayed to learn that these authors do not really recommend cutting these way back.

I purchased this product at a local beauty supply store that accepts returns, thank God. I have coarse, medium curly hair, that has been damaged by dying and straigtening. I did not notice a significant difference in my hair, which is what I expected given the price of a product that I've never even heard of. The smell reminded me of the days when I was 21 and would hang out at clubs where the cigarette smoke stuck in my hair.
