Perhaps it is silly to review last years edition to this wonderful line of books, but I felt it was necessary. I used to love the Guiness World Records book when I was a kid, and looked forward to getting one every Christmas. I purchased this as a sort of gag-gift for my girlfriend, but I was also somewhat excited to re-light that fire from my childhood. Unfortunately, that did not happen, as this was the sorest of sore disappointments that I've experienced recently. The book is rather underwhelming, the graphics are uninteresting, and the records are really not impressive. The only one that I remember (simply for the sheer stupidity) is "most baked beans eaten in 120 seconds with a toothpick". We had a good laugh at that, but opted not to take it with us during the move, I wouldn't want the movers to waste precious time and back strength carrying this disappointment.
This bag is built like a tank! We bought this for my son who just left on a two-year LDS Church mission and we expect that this bag well last throughout the mission and beyond. Timbuk2 has thought the design through from a biking perspective. The bag uses double closures of buckles and Velcro to make sure it stays closed. They have added a one-click strap adjustment that shortens the strap quickly for riding and they even added a second strap to clip around your waist to keep the bag firmly attached to your back. Lastly, the bag has a waterproof lining to keep your things dry in inclement weather. The bag is big enough to hold a MacBook Pro 13", along with other materials.
I bought this as a replacement for one similar to this. I loved that one and I love this one. It helps to remove that unwanted facial hair without looking like you shaved and have a shadow following it. This worked perfectly and I am extremely happy with it.
Ok so this will be a long review because I have a lot to say and some important information that will save future buyers a lot of time.
I guess for the price they are not bad, though after a month of heavy use, coating is already showing some signs of streaks/cuts. The construction could be a bit more thick, ala Calphalon or some other brand.
Am liking this shampoo. Been using for about 3 weeks plus and feel that there is less hair loss and evidence of some new hair growth along my hairline. Will have to see.
