My Mother and Grandmother Had their Cutco set for 15 years or more. They are still as good as the day they got them. We have no complaints. My Grandmother passed away and now I have her Cutco set. These knives are great. I have no problem cutting tomatoes or beef. They give me a great cut everytime.

Jane Fox - Made my dogs unwell

I used Tropiclean on both my dogs as they both have tartar build up. They are ShiTzus age 11 and 7. Started off using it in the morning and after only two days I noticed that the younger one was drinking a lot of water and needing to pee a lot all day which is unusual for her. The older dog does that anyway because he has old kidneys so didn't notice it with him. I stopped using it on the girl and she went back to her normal drinking/peeing routine in a day or two. Last night I gave the gel to my older dog just before we went to bed because I'd forgotten to use it in the morning. I spent most of the night outside with him while he drank from puddles and peed! He also seemed to have some constipation. I am concerned about the 'natural cleanser' ingredient listed on the bottle. I've not used the gel for long enough to notice whether it is actually cleaning their teeth and will have to stop using it now anyway. Not a great result. My dogs are very sensitive and are on a gluten free diet so maybe this is just too strong for them. I've used other tooth gels and pastes with mixed results, sometimes vomiting is involved. I am resigned to brushing, which is hit and miss because they both hate it. They have chews which I suppose must help. :( The old one has a heart murmur so can't have anaesthetic. Will have to consider vet cleaning for girl.
