So I really like the PureLYFT energy stir sticks. I used it in my water. There was not much flavor If any from them. The directions are you pull the stick stir for ten seconds. But I did stir a lot longer cause I was confused at first cause I saw nothing coming out. But I stirred it up and then removed it not much flavor but it did have the energy that I needed to get thru my day. I did stir a little longer but I do feel like these clean caffeine sticks really did work it gave me a nice burst of energy with no bad after effect or crash.
