This book has a lot of info to read. You have to cut your sugar and carb intake. This book will give you a lot of ideas to use but, it's up to you to change your eating habits. If your looking for short cuts you will not find them in a book or diet. It takes a life style change in what and how much you eat!!!

Good service, but poor quality.Doesn't improve hearing. Too much extraneous noises and crackling which interferes in speech reception.Nice idea, but not as successful

Amp works perfectly. Exactly as intended. I used 4 gauge wire as power and ground. Easy installation and has never heated more than just slightly warm (after 3 hrs playing ). I have the paired with a skar audio duel 2 1000 rms sub. It kicks incredibly hard.

The grinder was very good.This grinder attachment for my mixer works wonderfull.better than i expected. I had use this to the meat and i didn't have any problem.
