I've got four of these laying around now. When converting over to usb-c, these will help. They don't cost as much as some competitors, and work just as well. Haven't had any issues with the dozen or so usb-c phones I've used them with.
A big holiday winner. I wish I bought one for everyone. Everyone loves to look up their favorite record or try to find a record they think they can break. Three éclair's in a minute eleven, I can do that.
It was a good book that could have been much, much better. The story starts out strong. An alien spacecraft has been discovered adrift in the asteroid belt in the 60s. It isn't until recently that NASA possesses the technology to attempt a first contact. The belief (hope) is that there will be someone left to communicate with, although how do you communicate with a species with which you share no common language? Enter Dr. Jane Holloway who is an expert in monolingual field situations. If the team couldn't find anyone for her to talk to, she could at least decipher their language. So while I was expecting the difficulties, dangers, and amusements associated with this type of situation (albeit with a scientific twist). I was hoping for the physiological trauma and/or paranoia being isolated for months on end and exploring a ghost ship. While there were some hints of the aforementioned, what I really got was preadolescence sex fantasies. The preoccupation with human coupling did nothing to advance the story, didn't really add anything, and were very distracting. A little bit more effort could have been spent zipping up a few people's flight suit and getting the sciences right.
this is my go to daily conditioner. my hair has grown to bra band length using it with extra virgin olive oil, spring water and gentle detangling. it is the best for hair like mine (very fine, very soft, porous, tightly coiled hair).
I've had this vacuum (NV22L) for about 2 weeks now, which I bought for $151 with free shipping from another online retailer. I've logged around 2 hours on this machine.
If you want to play next generation graphics, it's totally worth it. I have however had endless problems with my kinect, the hard drive is way too small (only holds 7 of my games after the updates have been downloaded), and it sometimes takes 3-4 attempts to get it to read the disk.
I've had a Dyson for the past 7 years, and was very happy with it, until my new dog chewed up the power cord. I was going to replace it with another Dyson, but the Shark caught my eye. It has a smaller footprint, which means I can get in between furniture that I was not able to before. It also has a better filtration system, which is important to both myself and my husband who suffer from allergies. I bought it, figuring I could return it if the performance was considerably worse than what I was used to with my Dyson. After I spent about 5 minutes assembling it, I started to clean up the worst place in my house - the dog area. WHOA! This vacuum is powerful! I was amazed at the quantity of dog hair and sand it pulled out of my carpet. The Shark exceeded my expectations, and outperformed what I thought was one of the best vacuums in the market. And, at a fraction of the price. It's a win-win for me!
