I was really impressed with this product. It's a very large box that includes 8 individual applications each with its own shower cap. I have really long hair, about waist length. It's very fine, but I have a lot of it. My hair sheds in handfuls every time I wash or brush it and I find my hair all over the house, in the vacuum, computer, shower drain, on the couch, everywhere. I love the length of my hair, but the ends get really dried out and I get split ends. I have been looking for hair products that will help with the "shedding" and improve the texture of my hair. This product really made my hair feel soft and easier to brush through after the first use. I washed my hair with my regular shampoo first even though it recommends using their brand. Then instead of using my regular conditioner, I used this. It has an interesting scent, though. It caught me off guard. It wasn't bad, but it's different than most hair products. It's kind of a spicy earthy scent. I'm not quite sure how to describe it. The smell didn't linger long after my hair dried. I only plan to use this product once a week, but it does say that it can be used more often than that. I am pretty sensitive to many products and find that most don't work out for me. So I was a little leery trying this at first and finally decided to give it a go. I'm so glad that I did!

After following directions to t, hair was unchanged other than drier. I have thick, wavy hair. I left the treatment on for 10 minutes for double processed as I had bleached hair in April '16. This isn't a reliable product based on mine & other users. It just does not work when following directions and needs revision or clarification on hair types this will work on. Instead, the company fails to do this so tons of unsuspecting people buy it but it will never work on their hair. I was attempting to avoid the keratin treatment I normally do because it is so time consuming and dislike heat on hair but after wasting 2 hours on trying this product, will not recommend or buy again.

When will you be getting more because I really need these!! I literally saw it yesterday and came back to buy it now and it's gone :(

Bit late with the review but tablets worked well. Easy to swallow, make you less hungry and I felt no side effects. Lost 9 pounds over 5 weeks and most of that was within the 4 weeks I used the garcinia
