I've been using the Arthri-D for about a month now. The constant pain I had in my arm has slightly diminished. The pain was getting constant but has subsided atleast 50%. Arthri-D sure is expensive and I hope I won't have to take it everyday once the pain is gone. Till then, I'll keep going till my three bottles are used up. I just have to remember to take them on the daily. so far, so good.
