I used this product for 2 1/2 weeks. I havent seen any results. I am taking zumba class now and I do squats that seems to do the trick and magic. I used to have a firm butt but after having kids, my butt and breasts seem to sag and drop down. I think only excercise and surgeries do the trick. These creams are a waste of $
