Introduction: I am 31-year-old female, 5ft8, 155lb. I suffer from osteoarthritis for almost 12 years now. It's hereditary, and started early. I fear steps, I dread squats, if I have to pick something up from the ground, I'd rather just leave it there. My husband has his own knee, ankle, elbow aches from his military days. The only acceptable exercise to the both of us, would be yoga.

I have not listened to this CD yet but am familiar with each of the songs. A fantastic compilation of the best of the best. Well worth buying. Great to listen to in the car. You won't even mind sitting in traffic with this assortment.

This product has helped me a lot. Over the last four years Ive been dealing with adenomyosis and uterine fibroids. The heavy bleeding and clots caused me to have so much pain for 3 days at a time along with vomiting bile about 12-25x. Sucks! Since I started taking the Slow Flow capsules for about 7 weeks, the vomiting has stopped and the pain ranges at a 6 instead of 10. I'm still a work in progress but I'll definitely keep up with Slow Flow and maybe some of Vitanica's other products.

My husband had bought one of these previously and it worked fine. Wanted another one for the Equinox we have ordered. Had come loose from one tab in box so dropped one star on rating, but antenna doesn't appear to be harmed at all.
