Works great. Easy to install directions. The 4 starts is because it did not covered completely the cavity that jugs out. Maybe they sent me the wrong model? I just needed it right away and did not want to go through the process of returning it, etc. I still love it!

Glare,Glare,Glare....one must sit directly in front of the tv screen to prevent glare from the windows...which is no good because i bought a curved tv to watch from angles....crazy!!!!

The device is very nice and comfortable. It is also durable and you can barely feel it on. It is accurate and it syncs well with its application. Where the FitBit fails is not the device but the company. Held as innovators they have recently shown they are not insync with their customer base. The Fitbit application DOES NOT support the apple Healthkit in iOS8 and they do not have plans to do so. this is huge draw back for Apple users. It does not stop there I am sure they will not interface with google health either given time. So disappointing.

I normally feel like I am too busy to write reviews, but I have been on hold for so long after speaking with incompetent customer service reps that I have plenty of time on my hands. I tried to resolve my issue weeks ago, and decided after an hour and a half on my phone to put it off. Well, here I am again on hold and am not getting any help resolving what should be a fairly simple issue.

I only had mine for two weeks before the mechanism broke, even when it did "work" the mechanism never properly punctured the can, leaving much to be desired.
