Again, was a bit skeptical on flavor, but these proved me wrong! I made the vanilla with 7oz water, 2 scoops, a mix of frozen strawberries and blueberries (and once just blueberries) and ice to the fill line (using my ninja smoothie cup) and blended well. OMG it was soooooooo good. Keeps you full a good 3 hours, have a small fruit snack (I had an apple or cutie) and then you are good another hour til lunch. I will see if there's any weight loss. But after using them for 3 days I was down 2lb. Maybe from this, maybe not. But right direction. :)

I got this as a gift for young nephew. The package was a limited edition version so I didn't to do any extra gift wrapping. I opened it up and noticed it was made of good quality and looked quite expensive. His parents loved it! They asked me where I got it. They said it was just what they needed. They used it to replace the old one they had.

The flavor is great and though I have not noticed an increase in the amount of hair I have I have also not noticed a decrease. I believe this product is more about stopping the loss than adding to regrowing hair so dont go with with a rogaine expectation but rather a stronger hair and nails perspective. The bottles can come off as a bit sticky when your hands are wet so I recommend handling them with dry hands or avoiding the sticker. The active vitamin ingredients are Biotin, Vitamin A (acetate), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (dl-Alpha tocopheryl acetate), Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine HCl), Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin), Pantothenic Acid (calcium d-pantothenate), Iodine (Potassium iodide), Zinc (sulfate).
