I used this product with trays that I had from the dentist's office. I used it for about 30 minutes at a time and spaced applications two to three days apart. With the third application I had a lot of tooth sensitivity, something I have experienced in the past. The whitening effect continues past the day of application and the teeth continue to whiten. I would recommend spacing applications several days apart if your teeth are sensitive.
