  • MikeF - Cautious, but hopeful diet plan

The initial first week or two weight loss was great, as expected, but it slows considerable after that. Not sure if the weight loss is from the product, or simply that you are not eating real food. Hopefully, a little of both. The product taste is okay, not good, but not distastful either. I must admit I had to add vanilla extract or a tablespoon of honey to make it sweeter. Also, adding ice seems to enhance the flavor some and make the drink more enjoyable. It is not recommended that one use this product for a three meal a day eating plan, just two, as is stated on the product pamphlet that is in each box. So be advised that you will still need to plan one meal a day, preferably a low cal, high nutrient type. Some people report feeling an energy boost from the product, but I am still waiting for that. And while using, keep an eye on your creatine/protein level in the blood stream by regular doctor visits/blood tests, as it may be hazardous to your health, even though the contents are soy - not animal - protein. All in all, I am in my 4th week and lost 10 pounds. This is about average, although 7 of those 10 were in week one. Also, know that you will need an action plan to keep the weight off once finished with this product, or - as most research will tell you - the weight will come right back if you do not chnage your eating habits for the better. Finally, exercise will help without a doubt. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 the best, I rate this product a 7 for taste, 8 for effectiveness, and 6 for cost, as it is quite expensive. But if it works, it is all worth it, and therein lies the real appeal to most who will try it.

It looks like the only purpose of this is to sell you their cloud service. Failed to clone my system disk multiple times and the backup is a mystery as to what is backed up since it gives no details. Honestly I wouldn't trust this for any important files anyway as it overall seems shoddy. Oh and it has four services that run in the background with no purpose other than to pop up with ads - classy.
